The Rugby League Federation Ghana (RLFG) has welcomed Decathlon Ghana as a supporter of the inaugural Rugby League Diva Series, providing a trophy and medals for the first- and second-placed teams.

The presentation took place on Monday, 5 October 2026, at the Decathlon Ghana premises.

Launched in July, the Diva Series features Accra Girls SHS, La PRESEC, Next Gen and Old Guard/Pioneers, providing girls with a platform to play, compete and develop through Rugby League.

After three editions, Old Guard lead the standings with 26 points, followed by La PRESEC (24), Next Gen (20) and Accra Girls SHS (16).

The competition continues with the fourth edition on Saturday, 31 October, at Accra Girls SHS, followed by the final edition on Friday, 6 November, at the University of Ghana, when the inaugural champion will be crowned and the Decathlon Ghana trophy presented.

Decathlon Ghana’s support adds to the growing momentum around women’s Rugby League in Ghana and helps RLFG create stronger opportunities for girls to compete and progress in the sport.
